The account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX should not be reporting on my credit report. I reached out to the original creditor via XXXX and was informed that XXXX tried to contact the company twice, but the company failed to respond. Why would I trust a 3rd party collection agency whom I've never signed anything without validation from the original creditor? My personal information has been compromised many times, and without validation from the original creditor, how can you be sure that this debt is mine? Was there proof of my ssc and id on record? There were no copies sent to me if so. I have attached the proof of no response from original creditor. The invoice is attached for your company 's violation, and payment is to be remitted to the address on the true bill/invoice along with the deletion of this account. The original account was never verified ; and this account can not continue to report on my credit.
