Consumer Narrative

As per TransUnion report to the general public I am writing to formally dispute a significant and unexpected change in my credit score. On XX/XX/year>, I received an alert from my XXXX XXXX bank account indicating that my score increased by XXXX points, changing from XXXX to XXXX, a change of XXXX points. However, on XX/XX/year>, my score was updated with my employer 's information, incorrectly spelled as " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX '' and saved as new without my confirmation. Then, on XX/XX/year>, another alert indicated that my score decreased by XXXX points, with the old score listed as XXXX and the new score as XXXX, a change of XXXX points. These discrepancies in my credit score and the associated information appear fraudulent and suggest possible identity theft. Additionally, this significant update coincided with the commencement of my fourth round of disputes with XXXX XXXX XXXX, an entity unknown to me. The timing and nature of these changes severely undermine the accuracy and reliability of my credit report. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), Public Law 91-506, Title IV, Section 611, Subsection 1-D, I request the following : The names and business addresses of each individual with whom you verified and validated the disputed information. An updated copy of my credit report after completing your investigation. Moreover, according to the FCRA, Section 611, Subsection ( 5 ), Treatment of Inaccurate or Unverifiable Information : ( A ) In General. If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by the consumer, an item of information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall : ( i ) Promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer or modify that item of information as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and ( ii ) Promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been updated or deleted. I expect prompt action on this matter to rectify the inaccuracies and prevent further damage to my credit profile. Failure to address this promptly may compel me to seek further legal remedies to protect my rights. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX
