On XX/XX/year> I accessed the Credit Karma app using my XXXX and there was a credit card offer where Credit Karma claimed I had a 100 % chance of being approved, but on the off-chance I wasn't approved they would give me {$50.00} from their Credit Karma Guarantee . I applied for the XXXX XXXX and was denied. I reached out to customer service and their initial response advised it could be several days for the credit card lender to notify Credit Karma that I was denied and if I was eligible for the Cards Karma Guarantee, I would receive an automated email from Credit Karma. I reached back out on XX/XX/year> to customer service and this time they advised that I was eligible for the {$50.00} payment. The email response claims I would receive another email with steps on how to redeem the payment. I reached back out on XX/XX/year> asking about the email for the payment information and its as if I had never contacted customer service before. The new representative sent me an email with the same information the rep sent me back on XX/XX/year>. I responded to the new representative 's email with a screenshot from the XX/XX/year> and as of today have not heard back from anyone. With the way Credit Karma 's outsourced customer service representatives have treated me I think it would be safe to say the promise of a {$50.00} payment was simply to get more people to enter their personal information for them to have and did not ever intend to give anyone any money.
