The engine exploded a month after purchasing the vehicle. I had a XXXX year warranty on the vehicle however the warranty company did not want to fix the vehicle. I reached out to the loan company asking could they do anything or could they even put me an another vehicle for the same loan being that I only had the vehicle for a month. All payments on the vehicle were up to date. The loan place ask me what repair shop was the vehicle at, I told them, they also ask me when did the vehicle arrive to the shop. The vehicle broke down XXXX XXXX and was towed to the repair shop on the XXXX of XXXX. And credit acceptance is the loan holder they illegally repossessed my vehicle without my knowledge or consent. When I called them to inquire why my vehicle was taken they gave me a number and told me I had to speak to another department for answer. The vehicle is being sold at an auction on XXXX XXXX purchased the vehicle on XXXX XXXX. I still have not been giving any answers to why the vehicle was taken. The vehicle is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
