I called each company on XX/XX/year>. Neither of them were able to find anything on file concerning running a credit report on me. They told me to call the credit bureau and the credit bureau would remove the inquiry. When I called the credit bureau, they told me to call the company and have them contact the credit bureau. The companies told me that they dont have any information to send to the Credit bureau and that they can not help remove the inquiry. And as you can see, all the attachments, XXXX XXXX ran A credit report one day and then the next day they ran another one.
