I've been locked out of my account since early XXXX, several emails/calls and still nobody has fixed the problem. I believe they do it intentionally as it's been going on for years. I typically let my account built up and eventually transfer it to my bank- this way there's no fees collected by them. Now that I can't access my account funds online I have to use the ATM which generates fees for them. This is the same company that wouldn't credit me losses on a lost card years ago as the person who " found '' it used it where I was and another large grocery store nearby.
