On XX/XX/XXXX I received a message through my online Capital one credit card portal stating that all of my XXXX credit cards have been closed. Ive been a loyal consumer of Capital one credit cards since XXXX, Ive never missed a payment on any of my XXXX accounts to date. I was not afforded any warning, courtesy call, problem solution etc. from Capital one. All of my cards were abruptly closed without my knowledge or consent.
