In XX/XX/year> we requested modification or forbearance to catch up on payments, since they would NOT accept two payments due to the Notice of Default. In XX/XX/year> Fay Servicing did send the package via email and we completed for them to review. Sent via fax but, they had NO record. Agin the workout documents were sent in for review, but this time was sent to XXXX XXXX at Fay Servicing main point of contact. Few weeks later, we received a letter in XX/XX/XXXX by mail stating, our application for work out is incomplete. Fay Servicing was asking for income documents and insurance info. On XXXX XXXX after speaking with XXXX XXXX at Fay Servicing we emailed the documents requested. Few day later the Notice of Sale was sent and yesterday on XX/XX/year> we received the notice via certified mail. We never received any warning or denial of the modification request or workout.
