I had to file a XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy in XXXX because of the COVID emergency and lockdown. It appears that is now a crime or sin. I included all my debts including XXXX XXXX XXXX. All of these were due to involuntary unemployment. But XXXX XXXX is reporting this debt as " not paid as agreed. '' I was always taught that debts closed in Bankruptcy were closed and could no longer be held against the debtor. When did this change? My understanding is XXXX XXXX in in contempt of court in this matter.
