I am filing this complaint against XXXX regarding the inaccuracies and unresolved issues in my credit report concerning my XXXX XXXX account. Despite my previous disputes, XXXX has failed to accurately update my payment history and account status. Account Details : Account Name : XXXX Financial Account Number : XXXX... Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Dispute Details : I received an extension from XXXX XXXX for payments for the months of XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, which pushed my payments to XX/XX/XXXX. My next payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX. Despite this extension, XXXX continues to report late payments for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ( which was paid on time ), negatively impacting my credit score. I have provided evidence of the extension to XXXX, but the errors have not been corrected. Account History : XX/XX/XXXX : Reported 60 days past due XX/XX/XXXX : Reported 30 days past due XX/XX/XXXX : Reported 30 days past due I have attached a screenshot of my XXXX report showing the incorrect information. I request the CFPB to assist in resolving this matter by ensuring XXXX accurately updates my payment history and removes the incorrect late payment entries.
