I purchased a XXXX XXXX in XXXX of this year from XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Florida, and financed the vehicle through XXXX XXXX XXXX. As of XXXX, XXXX, 2024 this has not reflected on my credit report, nor that of my co-signer. I have made numerous calls to XXXX XXXX XXXX over the past XXXX months in an attempt to address this matter, to no avail. During XXXX of my conversations with a customer service representative, I was informed that a form needed to be submitted to their credit department, and the resolution process would take approximately XXXX month. It has now surpassed XXXX weeks, and no progress has been made towards resolving this issue. On another occasion ; while discussing this matter in particular ; a customer service representative stated they were unable to email or fax a pay-off statement that the document would have to be sent in the mail. Furthermore, I have encountered persistent issues with my XXXX XXXX XXXX 's online account. I have reached out to customer service several times to address this issue, but unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. Many other individuals have experienced similar challenges with XXXX XXXX XXXX. It is my hope that you will take my situation seriously and work towards a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon. As of now it has been going on 7 months and my credit has still not been reported. I can not refinance my vehicle as there is no proof on my credit that I even possess the vehicle. I need resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
