The information in question relates to fraudulent activity and/or identity theft, which has adversely affected my credit report. A copy of my Identity Theft Report and proof of my identity. 3. A copy of section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which requires you to block the fraudulent information on my credit report resulting from identity theft within four business days and to promptly notify the furnisher ( s ) of that information. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, and await your reply. I hereby request that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau take immediate action to delete the aforementioned fraudulent information from my credit report within 4 business days, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the FCRA. The presence of this fraudulent information is causing significant harm to my financial standing and overall creditworthiness.
