With this letter I have also included a FTC Affidavit to further substantiate my claim. Method of Verification Dispute Notice : Remove these Fraudulent Accounts, Inquiries & Inaccurate Personal Information. Your agency has clearly refused to follow the law and honor my previous request so I am requesting a reinvestigation and demanding your agency to explain your METHOD OF VERIFICATION in verifying these items, pursuant to the Fair Credit.
