I am attaching a XXXX page PDF with a chronology of how Citizens Bank misled us on the mortgage they were selling us, and required us to produce {$190000.00} at the last minute, putting the closing on our new house in very serious jeopardy. I am attaching three dated closing costs documents showing how they failed to provide us with accurate closing costs documents three days prior to closing, as required by law. I also have XXXX pages of emails -- organized by thread and date -- showing that they were not telling us the truth on XX/XX/year> when they explained to us that we would need to ( almost immediately ) come up with an additional {$190000.00} in order to close on our new house. I can provide the XXXX pages of emails ( XXXX single file ) if requested.
