I am 16 days late on my payment and Ally will not allow me to make my payment. I can not make it online, it requires me to call. When I call the number listed, I get people in a foreign country to struggle to speak XXXX. Nobody can help me make the payment and I am volleyed from person to person who can not help me make the payment. Each time I am asked for a litany of the same information. I am over 2 hours into trying to make my payment and still can't on the phone and still can not online because the payment is XXXX days past due. This is predatory lending when a person is trying to make the payment and they will not let you do it online, and will not help you on the customer service line.
