Car auto loan called XXXX XXXX XXXX continue to report inaccurate reporting. found on my credit report also my wife credit report. which has effected the credit rating for over year scores. .this account was PAID OFF made on time.. Payments. Dated XX/XX/XXXX. I purchased XXXX XXXX. Paid XXXX blue book value shown much lower amount I had car accident .The insurance company listed car. As being TOTALED the insurance. Company. paid the car off. Due to me my wife not having car. in need of a car due to areas. We lived. Didn't have. Transportation no bus cabs. We seen. Thst. This car still was. drivable .but was already been paid off credit acceptance. advise my husband they will get back with to negotiate us. Offer price noticed. Another rep did contacted us prior asking about payment. Not knowing that car. Was in accident. Insurance was involved. My husband advised rep. That the car was in accident insurance. Was handling situations again this account was never late made in time. .then shortly we received. Another Call from Different Customer service rep. Whom provided us a. settlement offer .we EXCEPTED PAY OFF SETTLEMENT .... reason why it doesn't show any listed lates payment history.
