In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the accounts listed below have violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 U.S.C. 1681. ( a ) ( 5 ) states that no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. These accounts range from 13 to 15 years old ( XXXX ), constituting a significant violation of my consumer rights. I request the immediate deletion of these accounts. XXXX has already deleted these accounts in recognition of this violation. XXXX and TransUnion must now take immediate action to rectify this violation.
