After completing FTC, Identity theft report, and police report, chief inspector complaints. XXXX, XXXX and Transunion still have not removed the second identity causing a conflict when pulling credit on report. I have included screen shots of public record request of which is searchable showing that there are NO public records but yet there is one on my credit report. I have called capital one as well and they do not have any credit cards that are reporting collection on my credit report nor have they been reporting anything underway social security number. When I called XXXX they could not provide an explanation and refused to transfer this issue to the fraud department as a complaint for interdepartmental fraud, meaning that it is one of their employees causing the issue.
