Commenity Bank Zales Credit card .I had an 18 month promotional interest set to expire on XX/XX/XXXX. I started making payments to satisfy that promotion which I was told I had to call each month to allocate payments. since XX/XX/XXXX I began to make weekly payments and calling end of month to allocate them end of the month each time I called I was given a difference amount to pay. When I paid my final payment on XX/XX/XXXX I was there told the balance was different because they decided to allocate the payment to a 6 month promotion plan. I advised them I did not ask or authorize to allocate the payment to the 6 month promotion they have calls monthly where I am allocating the payments and I want it applied to the 18 months. They said to resolve this you owe an additional {$410.00} I asked it set to expire today and was told they give a 3 day grace period I had til XX/XX/XXXX to avoid the interest. On XX/XX/XXXX I make my payment and again allocate it to now be told the same there was payment for {$310.00} that was applied to another promotion for 6 months, I escalated to a supervisor XXXX ext XXXX who finally told me they were able to get everything straightened out and allocate all accordingly to my 18 months promotion. Today XX/XX/XXXX I look at my account balance to satisfy the balance within this month I come to see from {$570.00} went up to {$1900.00} I again called this bank to advise of again the error spoke with Supervisor XXXX who stated will pull call to get this resolved gave number XXXX ext XXXX to wait until Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX to get a follow up and resolve. Since this bank has had several discrepancies from amounts given differently to representatives not allocating properly to supervisor promising to resolve I am forced XXXX submit this formal complaint to have weight in them doing what is correct finally on my account
