I noticed two collections being reported on my consumer report by this company. The first account # is XXXX and the second account # is XXXX. However I have never received an initial communication from this company at all which violates both Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). In order to furnish information on a consumer report, a debt collector must first have verifiable information and they must verify this information with the consumer to whom it relates by first providing an initial communication or else they would violate the FDCPA. I however did NOT receive such notice making this information unverifiable and the furnishing of this information unjustifiable. I demand that this agency provides valid proof that they have sent me the notice by providing a certified green return card with my signature and the shipping number of the notice. Additionally, I demand that they answer the attached dispute letter line by line in order to both verify this information. If they can not provide all requested information then I demand that this company cease all reporting immediately as the attached letter states. Lastly, pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692g ( c ) failure to dispute the validity of a debt does NOT mean admission. How can I, the consumer dispute this alleged debt when I never received a notice?
