XX/XX/2024 WorldRemit money transfer from the app to my bank account in the XXXX. I have called the customer service many times and they always say there is an error or internal issue with the local partner. I spoke to the XXXX of the customer service team she has done nothing and can not resolve the issue. This is more than XXXX days from the receipt and according to it I can file a complaint for a refund. The WorldRemit has been keeping my money. The app is still saying processing.
