I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT NUMEROUS OF TIMES WITH ALL 3 CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES DUE TO A MIX UP WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. ADDRESS AND BIRTHDATE. THE NUMBER THESE AGENCIES HAVE ON FILE XXXX IS NOT MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I HAVE BEEN DENIED HOUSING/ CREDIT / LOANS, CAR LOANS ECT , DUE TO THIS MIX UP. I HAVE BEEN LIVING HOUSE TO HOUSE SOMETIMES ON THE STREET DUE TO THESE CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE XXXX MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS REPORTING WRONG PERSONAL INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT PROFILE. I HAVE DONE ALL I CAN DO TO FIX THIS SITUATION ; MY ONLY OPTION LEFT IS TO SUE THESE AGENCIES FOR NEGLIGENCE AND PAIN AND SUFFERING I HAVE ENDURED BECAUSE OF THIS MIX UP. THIS IS MY FINAL ATTEMPT AND ADDS MORE PROOF TO THE FACT I HAVE NOTIFIED AND PROPERLY EXPLAINED MY POSITION TO THESE AGENCIES IN THE EYES OF THE LAWS THAT GOVERN THEM. ON TODAY XX/XX/year> I WILLL BE ATTACHING MY STATE ISSUED IDENTIFICATION CARD ALONG WITH MY GOVERNMENT ISSUED SOCIAL SECURITY CARD IN HOPES THIS MATTER GETS RESOLVED.
