I was a victim of Identity theft on XX/XX/XXXX where someone opened a fraudulent bank account in my name. I was incarcerated ( sent to prison ) on XX/XX/XXXX and spent 5 years in prison, being released on XX/XX/XXXX. There was no way possible that I could have opened a bank account at this time. I think my kids mother opened the fraudulent bank account in my name and never told me about it. I am asking can you please have this information removed from all my credit reports. Attached you will find documents showing that I was incarcerated during the time this account was opened. Thank you
