After getting their letter, in the mail dated XX/XX/year>, I called them on XX/XX/year>, and they told me they could do this without giving me the time I needed. In their letter and to me over the phone, they lied and took out the payment, when I was working with the new mortgage company ( XXXX XXXX ), over the phone on XX/XX/year>. XXXXXXXX XXXX was working with me, and we were waiting for the full transfer on my new account, which would take place on XX/XX/year>. I have a copy of the New Day USA letter. By New Day taking out the funds, left my bank account with less money to pay my other bills, and had to pay many {$30.00} NSFs and checks returned to my car insurance and car payment companies. Now I am behind and have fewer funds.
