XXXX XXXX is managed and administered by TD Bank. I belive that TD Bank is making a credible effort to attempt to withhold information from XXXX XXXX. I believe that TD Bank is doing this by purposely not manning phone lines, aswell as changing the main payment portal that customers used in the past. The portal in question is used to view credit interest rates and remaining balance. Phone calls to TD BankXXXX go unanswered for upwards of two plus hours by design. I belive that these XXXX companies in conjunction could use these tactics to defraud customers out of interest and late fees. I believe that CFPB should open a wide investigation into this matter due to the amount of Americans that could be affected by this issue.
