TransUnion is in violation of multiple laws set forth by Congress in regards to the following Account XXXX. 15 U.S Code 1681i ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ) states " If any information that has been deleted from a consumers file pursuant to subparagraph ( A ) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. '' This account was removed five different time and reinserted in my consumer file with no notice. I have attached proof that this account was removed on five different occasions. PLEASE REOMOVE THIS ACCOUNT FROM MY CONSUMER REPORT!
