On XX/XX/year> We sent over a Termination Request to XXXX. We were told by them that this process could take XXXX to XXXX days. On the XXXX day. We sent and email asking for an update. No response was received so we called and we were told that no email was ever received which made no sense as we verified we had the correct email address. We were told to resend the email and that they would put a rush on it/basically expedite it. We were told XXXX to 4 days. today is day number XXXX and nothing has been done on the file, I was told today that it might be XXXX to 60 days that basically they were very busy and they have no idea when the Termination will be completed. This is the only thing that is holding up my refinance as it can not be process until the Termination is completed. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and i have been repeatedly told them there is no one else to talk to so i am finally this complaint to hopefully get this resolved.
