I HAVE THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY AND HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY WRITTEN PERMISSION FOR THIS INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED TO MY PROFILE WHICH IN VIOLATION OF 15 USC 1681B FURNISHING ACCOUNTS IN DIRECT RESULT OF IDENTITY THEFT IS IN VIOLATION OF 15 USC 1681 C-2 EACH BUREAU HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF REPORTING MAXIMUM ACCURACY, REPORTING INACCURATE ACCOUNTS IS IN VIOLATION OF 15 USC 1681EB .
