On XX/XX/year> i contacted Experian about the fraudulent activity on my report and the XX/XX/year> they responded by stating they investigated the matter which was not done according to the codes, which is to reach out to the original creditor and not the debt buyer which was what Experian did, the debt buyer must show the forward flow agreement, and where i had where they had signed my wet signature. The debt buyer does not have first hand knowledge so therefore the alleged debt is deemed invalid. Experian did not provide me with the evidence information on the XXXX through XXXX XXXX to the company in question, which is required by law. I want to know how Experian communicated with the company. I need all above mentioned information in order to accept their determination.
