Under 15 USC 1681 section 602 states : I have a right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) it also states : A consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1692 ( g ) Debt Validation, I request : 1 ) to send me a detailed list of the history of payments made by me on this account. 2 ) I want to see the signature that I put on a contract guaranteeing that I would pay this creditor. 3 ) Im asking have there been any insurance claim filed on this debt. 4 ) I want proof they have the chain of title to collect on this debt
