An Ulta Credit Card was opened XX/XX/2022. I disputed the account and was told not to worry about it. The account was sent to collection, because there was 1 payment given to the card. I explained that I did not open the account and I had never received a credit card. I was informed that the card was mailed to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and that the email XXXX were used to open the account. I've never lived or been to XXXX, CA or have had the email stated before. The account currently owes {$4600.00}.
