On the date of XX/XX/XXXX, complainant submitted a complaint with CFPB regarding inaccurate information on consumers credit report and requested for credit reporting agencies., TransUnion XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX to open a reinvestigation to discontinue reporting and then delete inaccurate information damaging consumers credit worthiness. Following the 30 days reinvestigation neither TransUnion, XXXX, XXXX, nor the original debtor could provide me with any documents to verify that i owe any debt connected to the following accounts : XXXX ( XXXX XXXXXXXX ) Acct # XXXX - Date XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Acct # XXXX - Date XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Furthermore, there is a myriad of inaccurate and inconsistent account information ( e.g. inaccurate account type, Date opened, XXXX status info, No. of months term, Last reported, Date last active, Date of last payment, and reporting of payment history. These accounts are obviously inaccurate and shall be deleted given their derogatory impact and should have never been modified to closed accounts. In addition to these inaccurate accounts complainant also disputes unauthorized and unverified hard inquires ; TransUnion ( XXXX ), XXXX ( XXXX ), and XXXX ( XXXX ).
