I am writing to request a XXXX XXXX compliance review of my credit report. I believe these accounts are not mine and part of a mixed credit file or fraud or reporting inaccurately after reinvestigation. I have attached more evidence that proves that some if not all of these accounts are a result of a mixed file or another individual with the same name and XXXX as me thus I can not take responsibility for an account that is not mine. I have included my credit reports from XXXX that reflects all three credit bureaus and what is being reported. As you will see clearly, the payment history is incomplete and does not match across all bureaus. If they are contacting the furnishers then these accounts much match per what the furnisher is reporting. I am requesting that you conduct a XXXX XXXX compliance review of these account and remove them. A XXXX XXXX compliance review is a process that is used to ensure that credit reporting agencies are reporting accurate information. I am enclosing a copy of my credit report with the late payments that I am disputing highlighted. I am also enclosing a copy of documentation that supports my claim that the late payments are inaccurate. Please delete these accounts as I have spent the last 7 months disputing and my disputes and complaints have been ignored. If these accounts continue to report after 30 days, I will seek legal action. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
