Their is a charged off account from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account number # XXXX in the amount XXXX that should not be reported on my account : it is either another persons with a similar name or identity theft. I have maintained a fraud alert on my credit bureau profiles for more then XXXX years with strict instructions on how to verify me and validate that it is actually I, that is taking out the loans. I asked for proof that it was my loan and the lender has failed multiple times to provide it under the rules and regulations outlined for the fair credit bureau reporting process. I have filed disputes with all the credit bureaus to remove and block said account.i want them to delete and block the following account from being reported now and or in the future.
