On XX/XX/year>, I returned the car, and XXXX confirmed that they released my {$200.00} deposit the next day, on XX/XX/year>, providing me with the Release Authorization Code # XXXX. As of today, XX/XX/year>, Cred.ai has not refunded my deposit yet, and I urgently need that money. The deposit was in cash, not credit. I have called four times and requested to speak with supervisors, but they are always in a meeting and have not returned my calls. Three agents informed me that they would escalate the issue, yet no one has contacted me.
