Consumer Narrative
Citizens bank charges {$35.00} per overdraft fee. The biggest issue is that it doesnt allow you to overdraft XXXX amount so that you will have just XXXX fee. Instead it makes you overdraft XXXX which you accumulate so much overdraft fees instead of allowing XXXX payment. The system is designed to take your money. For the past few months Ive paid over {$2000.00} in overdraft fees.
