This will be a companion complaint for Complaint Number XXXX. As stated in the companion complaint I believe this was a scam perpetrated by XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. This complaint is against XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. XXXX XXXX took over the mortgage for the buyers of XXXX XXXX XXXX when XXXX XXXX said his company was denying the buyers XXXX mortgage just XXXX days before closing. XXXX then proceeded to " assure '' me and my sellers that he could get the loan done as written and in accordance with our agreement of sale XXXX XXXX '' in XXXX days. When push came to shove my sellers ended up being displaced for XXXX days AND XXXX said that the buyers didn't have sufficient funds to complete the transaction and that to make the deal work my sellers would have to give them {$15000.00} in additional seller assist to make the deal work. Of course this is just blackmail at this point because my sellers were living out of XXXX XXXX trucks and had their own home purchase in XXXX XXXX hanging in the balance. I feel that this scenario was completely contrived as a way to extort more money from my sellers. The real estate agent XXXX XXXX said that the buyers had taken the XXXX amount of {$35000.00} withdrawal from buyers XXXX. which was listed as an asset on their XXXX XXXX XXXX sheet ( a legal document ) but the XXXX allowed is {$50000.00}. I asked for proof of the withdrawal from the XXXX from XXXX and XXXX but neither have complied with the request. I contend that the buyers did not withdrawal funds from the buyers XXXX and they concocted this scenario to extort money from my sellers.
