On the weekend of XXXX XXXX XXXX I over paid my credit card. I paid off the balance twice on accident. I now have a large credit, but they will not let me access it with the credit card, they blocked it. They also tell me a check refund is more than 20 days away. They will not issue me a new card, or tell me why my card is blocked. I was willing to use the overpayment on bills, but the card is blocked. The customer service agent says they are going to send a refund in the mail because they wont take the hold off the card. I didnt want that, but they could barely speak XXXX and must have misunderstood me, or decided my wishes didnt matter.
