I found the letter ( see attachment ) from Midland Credit Management as disingenuous, misleading, non-responsive and did not validate the debt they allege I owe. This is also ton inform you that they are still in violation of the The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by continuing to ignore my requests and sending me with non-responsive letters. Moreover I never disputed the fact that they are licensed in the State of Florida as their letter states ( see attachment ). As for their claim of reputable company, they need to check the court dockets across different States courts and Federal courts. It says a lot about the reputation of their company. I am requesting again that they provide me with documentation proving the debt they allege I owe and to cease all collection activities including their referal to their attorneys XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( XXXX XXXX as they refer to them ). This will be my foourth or fifth request. You help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
