I recently put in a dispute that involved someone stealing my wisely card over the holidays this passing year while entertaining family in my home, I have not seen or used the wisely card since that time, someone has been and after going through the agency I had been working a side job at they told me they could terminate my employment but did nothing about the card being taken nor could they tell me where my funds were, I contacted wisely to finally get to the bottom of the situation about a week and 2 days ago and heard nothing back, i spoke with someone on the phone named XXXX and he told me they mailed a letter but when asked about the address he didn't even have the door number to the address they were supposed to send the letter dissmising me to, HOW would i have known anything with that kind of disregard and neglect in regard to my dispute, he failed to see the error in the agent i discussed the dispute with in the first place not even bothering to get the apartment number of the place i was staying in before going homeless a month ago, I was dismissed and you all have no compassion and had no intentions to give me back my savings that was stolen from me causing me to be jobless, homeless, and without a reliable phone even, I will not continue to be treated so poorly and do nothing about it because you all can't seem to sympathize with someone who has lost so much already, the least you all could do is issue my funds that I worked for, was frauded by the job and now you say you see no issue with someone stealing my funds, I have seen no proof or effort to provide any that I was the person spending the funds because I wasn't I would like access to atm and store footage showing that I XXXX XXXX withdrew or spent any money taken prior to XXXX This is the description of the dispute reasoning and no supervisor has contacted me they sent the paper work to an address i am not currently at and told me nothing i had to call and jump through hoops to even know they did not even honor my dispute.
