Starting back in XXXX TD bank did not process my payment from my bank for XXXX dollars when my balance was above XXXX dollars. After that i was unable to make any payments through TD bank and called for months to receive help I was able to make a payment on XX/XX/XXXX after talking to numerous agents and closing my account to get it handed off to third party credit services which apparently is TD bank Now they are claiming i am behind on my credit profile after i have been waiting for them to provide this form to me Upon calling customer service i get kicked out after about XXXX minutes of waiting so i cant even talk to someone
