I was looking at my credit report on XX/XX/year>, and I found that some addresses and other personal information to be incorrect. According to The Fair Credit Reporting Act whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report, it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ). Experian continues to report my name, my address, phone number incorrect on my credit report. I also have attached my letter ( Evidence ) that Ive sent Experian in XXXX of XXXX.
