Began receiving collection notices XX/XX/year> from Jefferson Capital Systems for XXXX account ending in XXXX. Never received late notices from XXXX after numerous requests by phone to send to me. Jefferson Capital Systems file # XXXX began sending notices and made repeated harassing phone calls after asking for XXXX confirmation of account, detailed info requested, XXXX asked to stop all harassing calls. Told me that my credit would damaged, they would contact my employer ( I'm on soc sec XXXX no employer, they would contact my landlord and inform them of debt ).
