In XXXX of 2022 my XXXX XXXX Student Loans in my Borrowers Defense was completed. In my 6 years of communications with Navient I expressed that my loans were in borrowers defense for repayment. I've been keeping updates on PPSL and was advised I can apply for Private loan discharge because my school XXXX XXXX has been deemed one of approved schools per Navient. At this point and time I've been requesting this form by email or mail or uploaded to my Navient account neither has happen since middle of XXXX. It's been about month I would like to complete the form but I can not get it. Once again I've sent over email advocate @ navient.com as of today. Please if you can assist me in this matter I would appreciate it. I've graduated twice from XXXX can not put degrees on my resume so I would like to get this matter resolved.
