Consumer Narrative
We have been trying to get a modification through Mr. Cooper but keep getting denied. We have asked numerous times about paying a higher rate, that they proposed due to them not being able to modify our account enough to lower the payment and now they are wanting to reset a sale date on our home. We have shown them again and again that we are financially able to make payments at the higher rate, but get nothing but a run around.
