I ADVISED XXXX THE SIGNATURE ON THE CONTRACT IS NOT EVEN COMPARABLE TO MY LEGAL SIGNATURE. I PROIVIDED XXXX WITH A MEMO WITH MY SIGNATURE. THIS CLAIMED BEBT DOES NOT SHOW ON MY CURRENT CREDIT REPORT NOR WAS FUNDS EVER RECEIVED. XXXX ADVISED SHE WILL NOTATE MY ACCOUNT, SHE ALSO PROVIDED A FRAUD AFFIDAVIT, WHICH I FORWORDED TO MY ATTORNEY.
