Scam XX/XX/year> I had to call XXXX due to text for XXXX {$3100.00} card cancelled they attached my new card to XXXX XXXX XX/XX/year> a call from Wells Fargo phn # stating fraud dept stated someone was using XXXX XXXX XXXX a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Said not me ( XXXX ) they are trying again. XXXX asked am I primary on apple. I said idk XXXX said no worry we fix it. XXXX asked for passwd for XXXX XXXX I gave it. They are telling me what to do put myself/prim. Now I primary on app/pay. They say stopped a XXXX trying XXXX come thru. r u getting text I say no. they state alerts must b turned off. i asked how to fix.they asked for password. Gave & verified last activity in act. Stated alerts off and will be fixed. XXXX calls from wfb to sharescreen to fix alert XXXX c info not mine not me nameAmount in checking not right.XXXX XXXX to fake person. To c alert No alert came Did this XXXX Hung up on called # back speak to fraud was told Wells Fargo was impersonated and I was scammed. Police report # XXXX spoke with police and this is being submitted to fbi. How many people have to be scammed by an impersonation of Wells Fargo for anything to happen. Doing internet search theres so many complaints against them. I turn to you to keep them in line. I did not authorize anything from my account. I keep getting denied. I called Wells Fargo with in minutes as soon as I realized I was being scammed. I need your help to get my money back. This isnt right.
