They paid out of my escrow my XXXX insurance yearly premium in XXXX and then subsequently paid out {$4000.00} in XXXX to their own insurance company and have not refunded. They lied about docs and said it was XXXX but I connected XXXX on call and XXXX confirmed they received payment and which notices were sent out. I feel that they are scamming people who would not catch this and getting kick backs from their assigned outrageous prices.
