To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding persistent and unsolicited phone calls I have been receiving from DSR Holdings. Despite my repeated requests for these calls to cease, they have continued unabated. I am not the individual DSR Holdings is attempting to contact, and this matter does not concern me. The calls began on XX/XX/XXXX, with voicemails claiming to be verifying employment for an " XXXX XXXX. '' As I am not XXXX XXXX, I initially ignored the calls. After several days of receiving these calls, I returned one of them and informed a DSR Holdings representative that I am not the individual in question and requested that the calls stop. Instead of addressing my concern, I was hung up on. On XX/XX/XXXX, after receiving yet another call, I again reached out to DSR Holdings to request that these calls stop. I was met with a very rude individual who hung up on me. I continued to call back until I spoke with someone identifying himself as XXXX, who claimed to be the owner of the company. I expressed my frustration over the numerous calls I have received over the past few weeks. XXXX falsely asserted that they had only received the file last Thursday, despite the fact that I have voicemails dating back to at least XX/XX/XXXX from DSR Holdings attempting to verify employment. Additionally, my mother, who is also not XXXX XXXX, has been receiving similar calls since early XXXX. This widespread miscommunication within DSR Holdings is causing significant distress to unrelated parties. When I informed XXXX of my intention to file this complaint, he attempted to dissuade me, suggesting I report to the XXXX XXXX XXXX instead. His dismissive attitude and attempts to downplay my complaint were both unprofessional and unacceptable. XXXX also accused me of being a " telephone XXXX, '' claiming I had called " XXXX times '' that morning. In reality, I made a total of XXXX calls between XXXX AM and XXXX PM, out of sheer frustration with the ongoing harassment and the rude treatment I received from DSR Holdings representatives. This false accusation only exacerbates my concerns about the integrity and practices of DSR Holdings. Furthermore, during my conversations with DSR Holdings representatives, they disclosed that they are attempting to collect a debt on behalf of Check and Go and revealed XXXX XXXX full date of birth. This disclosure was made despite my repeated assertions that I am not XXXX XXXX and have no connection to her. Such careless handling of personal information is both alarming and inappropriate. I have retained copies of the voicemails and call logs, which I can provide upon request, to substantiate my claims. This evidence clearly demonstrates the pattern of harassment and unprofessional behavior from DSR Holdings. I request an immediate investigation into these practices and appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.
