My XXXX XXXX contacted my insurance company for pre-approval of services. My insurance company approved the services. My insurance company was going to change to another company the following month. I was aware of this and told the XXXX XXXX about this. This is why they called in my presence for pre-approval. Once the XXXX XXXX sent the bills to the insurance, the insurance denied them. I contacted first the insurance that had approved my XXXX ; they had me contact the new insurance company. I went back and forth with them. The XXXX XXXX got tired of waiting, so they sent it to collections. The credit collections office sends me frequent notices about the amount owed for the XXXX stating they are required to report to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, plus to remember credit reports may be checked by landlords, doctors, hospitals, credit grantors and some employers. This is damaging my credit score. I am trying to get free solar panels installed on my house through a low-income government program. I told the credit collections office I my refusal to pay
